In the southern-most part of the University District is Dennison Place: a small neighborhood consisting of nearly 500 structures on nine blocks bounded by 5th St to the south and King Ave to the north. The neighborhood is also known as “The Circles” for their four large roundabouts. Another traffic calming feature is the lack of streets which one can enter or exit to prevent through-traffic. A great place to walk around or take a detour by bike.
