Overflowing with OSU students and no shortage of grand homes now branded with Greek lettering, the neighborhood has quite a bit of variety including stately architecture on winding streets like 17th along with rows of ugly, cheap student apartments. Directly across from OSU on High is tons of eating, shopping and nightlife opportunities (though the latter by and large targets the student demographic). Still, even those who can’t stand obnoxious, loud, drunk frat boys and sorority girls can find a good number of reasons to go here by just wandering a bit.
