A lesser-known streetcar suburb, Woodland Park is a small neighborhood just north of the Franklin Park Conservatory and is heavily residential with some nice surprises. The western side does border a rough area of Olde Towne East and there’s a number of abandoned properties further up north along with some new infill in the form of new single-family homes.
